Return Window

We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Opened Products

Opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Presale Cancellations

Presale items can be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the manufacturer's scheduled release date. After this point, presale orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
