Factory Seal Guarantee

Every product sold by AGAHOBBY is guaranteed to be factory sealed and authentic. If you receive a product with a broken or tampered seal, contact us immediately for a replacement.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect product.

Replacement Process

For approved replacement requests, we will ship your replacement within 1-2 business days. You will receive tracking information via email.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by customer mishandling after delivery, including water damage, heat exposure, or improper storage.
